There's No Place Like Your First Home.
Whether you're ready to buy or just beginning to dream, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'll help you understand your options, one simple step at a time.

Your Journey Home, Made Simple.

Step 1
Let's Talk About Your Goals
We'll talk about what you're looking for, your timeline, and what feels comfortable for your budget.
Step 2

We'll review your finances, credit, and financing options, including assistance programs you may qualify for.
Step 3

Step 4
Welcome Home!
From your accepted offer to closing day, I'll help you understand the financing process and what comes next.
Every purchase is a little different. Timing depends on your situation, the home and the loan program.

Let's Talk About Credit. (It's Not as Scary as You Think.)
Your credit score helps lenders understand how you've managed credit. It can affect the loan programs available to you, your interest rate, and even your monthly payment. But your score is only one piece of the puzzle.
- Your score matters.
- Different mortgage programs have different credit requirements.
- Higher scores can help.
- A stronger credit profile may open the door to more favorable financing options.
- You don't need perfect credit to get started.
- If your credit needs improvement, we can talk about steps that may help you prepare.
Not sure where your credit stands? That's okay. We can start with a conversation. Talking with me about your goals doesn't touch your credit. An actual mortgage credit review requires your permission to pull your credit report. Approval is never based on a score alone.
Buying a Home Might Be More Possible Than You Think.
Down Payment
The portion of the home's purchase price you pay upfront.
Closing Costs
Expenses associated with finalizing your home purchase and mortgage.
Down Payment Assistance
Certain programs may help eligible buyers with some upfront expenses.
Some buyers also use gift funds from family or a negotiated seller credit toward costs. Each depends on the loan program's guidelines. Assistance isn't guaranteed, and some programs must be repaid.
For planning, I use 5% down as the standard conventional example. Some qualifying conventional programs allow 3% down, and FHA, VA and USDA each have their own rules.
